And that's something that I knew since I was a young kid, is I like to do multiple things and I like to do it differently every day. And the reason is because I look at my life like a buffet where I'm not someone who wants to order, uh, already curated a plate of food off of a menu. I don't think that there is a typical weekend sincerity. Uh, that's interesting Sam, because typical is not something that I subscribe to. And it sounds very exhausting to me, but I'm really, I just want to, I love to start out and ask you, what does a typical week look like for you and how do you balance all of those responsibilities? So that is a lot of things that you juggle and do, which is very impressive. So Allie, you're a Peloton instructor, the host of the Brooklyn nets, a health coach and the founder and CEO of love squad. It's just exciting to be a part of women on the move and of course, to have this conversation. I am so grateful to be here with you, Sam.
